Education is wealth
The world is a fast changing place. We want to prepare our children not for the world we live in today, but for the world as it will be when they finish their education. We considered the values and skills they will need to have meaningful lives and make a positive contribution to the global community.

We worked with parents, children, staff and governors to create Our Aspirations and made them into a visual text. They are now displayed prominently around school for children and teachers to refer to as the core purposes for our teaching and learning. They also provide an agreed set of aims for our whole school community that are a basis for everything we do.
Edufort International School offers sublime international education for children of ages 1 year to 11 years. It subscribes to the British refined curriculum with a blend of our Nigerian educational system achieving a balance that enables our pupils to compete both locally and abroad.
Pupils are placed in the year group according to their ages and abilities. The school adopts a programme whereby each individual is cared for according to his academic needs. If required a pupil’s academic programme may be modified or extended.
Early Years, Foundation stages – these consist of Pre-nursery, Nursery and Transition classes. Pupils in this section are between 1 and 5 years of age.

The Following Year Stage
- 1 year + Pre-Nursery
- 2+ years old Early Years
- 2 years old Nursery 1
- 3+ years old Early Years
- 3 years old Nursery 2
- 4+ years old Early Years
- 4 years old Transition
- 5+ years old Foundation
The Primary Years i.e Key stage 1 and Key stage 2. This consists of Years 1-6. Pupils in this section are between the ages of 5 and 11 years.

- 9 years old Grade 5
- 10+ years old Key stage 2
- 10 years old Grade 6
- 11+ years old Key stage 2
Nursery Classes – Grade 3 have teaching assistants/minders.
Grades 4 – 6 have a Class Teacher with Subject-based Teachers.
The school is led by a school coordinator and supported by the Head Teacher and the Head Admin and Accounts department.
